i wanted to apply for my equifax credit report and i thought this could be done for £2, but it is coming up as £11.75 or £8.25, does anyone know a way to get it cheaper?
sorry if this should be on another board as i was unsure which to post it on

Yes, they make it difficult to find the £2 option on the website in the hope that you'll part with more money than you need to
This link should take you there https://www.econsumer.equifax.co.uk/consumer/uk/forward.ehtml?forward=credu_privacyrights
And this one is for the Order Form

definitely worth checking, my equifax record had incorrect information on it. am trying to get hold of my credit rating from the other 2 agencies, and they are having trouble verifying my identity !0

Experian said they had trouble verifying my identity, which I found hard to believe as I've lived here for over 9 years nowHere I go again on my own....0

If you sign up for the annual subscription thing, you get a month's free trial during which you can look at your full credit report (better than the £2 version). Then you can just cancel within 30 days (just by phoning up - hassle free) and not pay a penny. I did it, and it was well worth it, even though I didn't find anything untoward.0
