Hi all i'm new to the forum and i'm looking for some advice on where to start with sorting out my debts, the biggie(£8036) is a hire purchase agreement with welcome finance on which i defaulted and the car was auctioned off for a fraction of that as it was damaged and a few months after taking out the policy i was unemployed, i dont know where to start really,i've been denying my debts for so long now as i have been ill but i'm starting to get my health back and now i want to sort my life out.

Ok
Starting point is how long have you been ignoring the debts? 2 years, 7 years, 10 years? If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
best way to start is sit down and do a statement of affairs (SOA) on this website. it needs some research and admission to reality. İts the place to start--getting the facts down on paper!mfw'11 No68- 55k mortgage İO--little to nothing saved! i must do better.0
