There are very few people that cannot get a mortgage at all. Your situation is a good one, as you have a low loan to value and your partners been verty good with credit. Plenty of high street lenders would accept this, but as far as I am aware Nationwide are thr strictest!I am a Mortgage Adviser

Nationwide will probably do it because your partner is an existing customer - that carries a lot of weight.
