Right, my application went to valuation which has happened today, I haven been told that there is a 10 working day queue for this to then be assessed.

Is this normal and if so, will it hinder a completion and exchange by the end of this month?

    Who is the lender?
    Is this a New Build house?

    Lender is Ipswich, yes it's a new build.

    Ipswich BS do appear to have a backlog following a high level of applications.

    Or in other words they don't have the funds available at the moment....
