Meat Pie Seasoning - Old recipe

Help. A friend has lost their mum and a fav receipt was a meat pie the mum used to make. However, we have no idea what the magic ingedient was. The only thing we know is it was a seasoning in a dark bottle and the old lady was from Northern Ireland, so figure the ingredient must be something was around about 40+_ years…

:)hi i from N.IRELAND and i asked my mum what they used waaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyy back then in the day she said it would prob have been lea and perrins as thats what was the whole go as people didnt have the choice we have today also worcester sauce wasnt really big over here , still isnt, only in more recent years i think its been used for sauces etc....so i would go for lea and perrins:)
