Little Lamb washable nappies £50-£70 instead of ~£120

Hi all,

Little Lamb have a starter nappy pack of 10 washable nappies heavily reduced via this link:

http://www.littlelambnappies.com/mailer

There are 3 types, the most absorbent is the bamboo one but just read the info on their website as it is all there. We use the bamboo nappies and you have about 18 nappies for our 17 month old so I'd suggest 2 of these kits if you are serious, it's cheaper than 10 at the normal price anyway!!

  • Little Lambs are great, bomb proof! Best price and far cheaper than the Tots Bots or others. Both my babies have used cloth and these have out lasted the others.

Wow you get wraps, liners and oil in that too. I'm a tots bot user andf I love my bamboo nappies. Don't think there is that much
difference between tots bots and these so I may have to invest in some more. Using reusable nappies is so easy. The only other thing you'd need is a bin and wash bags. Super deal.

    Thanks op :)

I have ordered a pack of the bambo with baby due soon.

Also most councils will offfer some money back for using real nappies.
I am with gloucestershire and for spending this £50 i am getting £30 back so cost me just £20 :j

is it possible to use them without the waterproof wrap ? So many choices it looks so confusing to me at the moment ?
With the bamboo ones, do i need to put an extra liner or not?

mine have just arrived and I am really pleased with them. They are so soft and come with very clear usage instructions.

I have been looking at offers for a while but this is the best value for money pack i have come across and im tempted to get another 10.

On their main website they have a pack of 10 bambo nappies with liners for £35 because they have an old label, i might get these and then I will have got 20 for £85 - £30 back from the council so a bargain at £55.

    Thanks again op

Is this one size fits all? My boy is 10 months next week and I've liked the idea of cloth for a while but the price has been off-putting!
Also how does the money back from the council work please as I'm in Gloucestershire too?
    Thank you!

Unless they are described as all in ones - you'll need a wrap too.
The bamboo are fine with out extra boosters ( for more soaking) but you might want to get some paper liners that you can flush. Makes getting rid down the loo an awful lot easier ;) Liners line, boosters boost... yes confusing.. and every nappy site uses different terminology for it too!
Only when baby gets around 6-8 months might you find you need some boosting..possibly sooner at night. Does that help?

Have words with the council. Most nappy schemes require proof of purchase and birth certificate.

The bamboo are fine with out extra boosters ( for more soaking) but you might want to get some paper liners that you can flush.

    This kit comes with

    10 nappies
10 boosters (loose in size 1, sewn in to size 2)
    10 washable fleece liners
    2 rolls of paper liners
    2 wraps
    tee tree oil

So everything you need to get going. We have about 18 nappies as stated above but we have about 5 or 6 wraps as they can get a bit damp or grubby themselves.

We use the boosters only at night for our 17 month old.
