I bought a punnet of nectarines last week and have forgotten about them. Now they are over ripe. Does anyone have any recipes to use them up?

You could put them in a sponge cake (half the spnge then layer them peeled across the sponge mixture then put the rest of the sponge mixture on top-this would be great as a dessert with cream or ice cream.Since starting again after beanie: June 2016: Child development DVDs, Massive Attack tickets.
