Hi,
Your SOA is a bit confusing, why not use this one; http://www.makesenseofcards.com/soacalc.html
There's probably a lot of things you've missed off, simply because it's impossible to remember everything. This SOA will help you remeber and also has a clearer format.Starting debt: 3399.39 / Debt now: 2975.39VSP Challenge 2012: £39.58/£100 Crazy Clothes Challenge 2012: £3.00/£150

Well, do you have any insurance that you've taken out? AIG is big, so I suppose it could be any kind.Goal 1 - CCs & Loans Credit card free as of 20 Feb 2010!!! Loan Free as of 15 Sep 2011!!!

Hi, I think they had a special offer years ago with a free intoduction of accident insurance, they then sent out NO documents and soon started taking direct debits out..they did this to me and I only just found out what was going on. You need to do more than just cancel, you need to complain and at least get them to check how it was taken out. they may even have to give you all your premiums back. I feel there should be some sort of compensation also. I have had £17.25 per month taken out for several years, then for some reason it went down to £15.25 per month..still no documents until a couple March this year when they tried to sell me more insurance..that was when the penny dropped as to what the UNAT direct debit was. Don't really know what else to do, still waiting for them to resolve things! They say if they can't find the call made to me about this they will refund my premiums.Life is too short for learning from your own mistakes0

Thank you.
Probably far to late however: When checking my statements have same entry and took a while to recall that the accident, injury and life insurance scheme recommended by the Ministry of Defence's - PAX and for ex service people XPAX used to appear, I seem to remember, as PAX on statements until about three years ago when whoever provided the policies transferred to another company and the Direct Debit statement entries changed to "UNAT DIRECT AIU NA". The letters sent prior to the change said that the policies/benefits/premiums etc remained unchanged. As the PAX and XPAX schemes were and remain the best I've come across and if you were in the forces that is what it may be: If so and you have cancelled the DDs recommend you get in touch with your pay office and see if you can rejoin the scheme unless you can find a better one or think you don't need the cover it provided.0
