Couldn't get any times vouchers.. they were all sold out in all the shops in my area
To make matters worse I bought a sleeping warming pillow for a present for my boyfriends mother ,( from him,) for mothers day- it was broke ! So disappointing for her and I dont have the recipet , and it kind of disappointed her that her present doesnt work and she will have to wait a few days till I can take it back .I cant be bothered arguing with them- I rarely take things back and dont like the arguing especaily as I dont feel that great.0 -
hiya anyone got any advice for this-
1-emailed customer services on the 13march to ask about the mediterranean parenting voucher as there is no med pregnancy range instore and sa wouldn't accept the voucher on normal med range-receievd a reply that would receive a response within 48hrs it is now 19march and still no reply.
2-used points last week to buy rio hard wax heater thingy for eyebrows about £12ish-didn't receive no7 voucher and reading post realise i should have.Main problem is that the heater is meant to melt the wax withn 60mins to honey like consistency , well i have had the heater on for 3 days nonstop now and it still hasn't melted.Reciept does say keep as guarantee ?Should I/can I return? thanks any help appreciated
You shouldn't have a problem returning the heater as it is faulty by the sound of it.
You might get a refund onto a giftcard or a straight exchange for another heater or comparable goods, its worth a try so go for it!Stopped smoking Jan 2007 after 23 years!Cigarettes NOT smoked = 240,945Smoke free days = 11 Years :TCash saved so far = £125,45,110 -
Have just been searching this thread and cant find anything to help, so if someone else can I'd be pleased. I got the £3 sanctuary voucher out the boots magazine with the intention of buying some handcream. I also got the 150points from machine. When I got to till it wouldnt come off and the till person said it had to be the range on the front of the ticket, so off I went to look again but could see nothing like that in the store, they had the orange stuff and green stuff, but no grey couloured stuff, so I gave up. Is this right? I thought it meant any skincare sanctuary products hand lotion included???? Anyone help please? BTW Im new to boots offers and glitches, if it was tesco I'd have argued till blue in face, but not so sure with boots!
The Sanctuary skincare is a seperate range to the other Sanctuary items, it comes in a white and silver packaging and is usually located next to the other more expensive skincare like Loreal/Roc/Avene etc.
The skincare vouchers will only work on this range and not the orange/mandular etc hthStopped smoking Jan 2007 after 23 years!Cigarettes NOT smoked = 240,945Smoke free days = 11 Years :TCash saved so far = £125,45,110 -

Just make sure you buy a few essentials to mask the price reduction and to avoid any keen eyed Sa's

Hi all,
Hope someone can help me. Scanned back to page 19 re. Clinique Bonus time but to no avail. Eyes are now blurry! Can anyone confirm when this starts, think there were a couple of posts saying today? and others saying 22nd?
Also have £20 pigsback vouchers to use, are these treated like cash in store?, I have a 750 points voucher to use for the Clinique stuff but will this work if I use gift vouchers. I know I'm really chancing my arm here but hey ho, I have a double points voucher to use as well, if SA is willing will both of these work (I know it won't work on the extra points but on the normal points) or will one cancel the other?
Sorry for the drawn out post but am so tired as up a lot last night thinking of different combos to use my vouchers on and my brain is addled!!0
