Comp crashed before i had chance to reply:mad: but thanks to Rockyrose (i did get to thank you before i disappeared lol), thanks too to janed8987 and to ginjim, i wasnt going to go in stamping my feet, etc:eek: , what i meant was what you said. Hopefully the branch manager or head office will clearly point out to the MF staff that this kind of attitude is unacceptable, and they will treat you with a bit more courtesy and politeness next time.
(neither of which cost anything...unlike MF Lipfinity, which is a bit blooming steep at a tenner a time!!! )
You have done nothing wrong...please dont let a few dodgy SAs put you off any future bargain hunting!!

Well done you!! So glad you phoned up to stick up for yourself, the staffs behaviour was terrible and I hope they get dealt with appropriately. Me thinks people skills training wouldnt go a miss!! What a lovely surprise that they are sending you out a giftbox. Well deserved, as we could tell how upset you were last night, and quite rightly too! Hope you are feeling better for ringing up. xx

Thought I would just post a few odds and ends of info that may help people out!

Sanctuary Spa Weekend Pamper bag offer:
Loughborough and Leicester (Fosse Park) Boots have run out of SS bags and have removed all signs relating to the offer.
£2 voucher from No7 wrap will redeem against the pamper bag but MAKE SURE the SA scans the correct side!
Not all pamper bags with a code starting with a 7 have the £3 vouchers in... check before you buy, (I've had 3 without ) you should be able to easily see the voucher inside without removing packaging, it is the only bit of white paper/card in the bag.

Sanctuary Spa £5 voucher lady:
SS lady with £5 vouchers is at Leicester (Fosse Park) for last time today and she is lovely!
Don't be scared of asking the £5 ladies for a voucher, I dashed up to one when I first saw her and asked if she was the wonderful lady I had heard about with the £5 vouchers and she was great!
The ladies will probably be reluctant to give you a voucher if you don't select a product to buy and will probably only give you one at once, BUT...
I took one product with voucher, did transaction, went back and she was happy to give me another voucher with another product... repeated a few times on 2 seperate days (and yes, she remembered me and instantly gave me another voucher the second visit :beer: )
Oh, and she gave me 3 samples altogether with no prompting, but again, don't be scared to ask whether they have samples so you can try other products from the range!

Sanctuary Skincare vouchers:
(£5 SS skincare from ladies; £3 SS skincare from mag; £3 SS skincare from SS pamper bag)
These will all work together on one transaction as long as the SAs will put them through the till.
AVOID facial wipes and sachets as neither of these will go through automatically with any of the three vouchers. Many SAs will manually override vouchers for the facial wipes but you are drawing attention to yourself and will probably not be able to use all your vouchers in this case.

If you want 2 items and a pamper bag whilst using all these SS vouchers, buy:

SS skincare product (excluding wipes or sachets)
SS any product (excluding minis, footcar, sachets)
SS pamper bag

Use:
£2 wrap voucher
£5 SS skincare voucher from ladies
£3 SS skincare voucher from mag
£3 SS skincare voucher from pamper bag
ACM points/money off SS voucher

Just make sure that the spend (not including pamper bag) is over the value of the vouchers (ie using above vouchers, over £13) and that you pick a lovely looking SA!

No7 Suncare range:
These are def reduced to £6 etc as per website (except where they are reduced even further) but most stores don't seem to know! They go through the till at the reduced price automatically and are still BOGOF. If in any doubt, just ask someone to scan one... and don't take no for an answer!

No7 voucher for £5 phone top-up:
You DEFINITELY get a No7 voucher for a £5 phone top up as I did it yesterday and it came up on receipt. If they try to argue it... argue back!!!

ACM:
If the ACM gives you an offer that you think you will use again and isn't valid for one day only (check voucher when it prints), keep putting your card back in and trying for more... I got lots of SS points vouchers over a 2 day period, they just kept reappearing when I reinserted my card... now kicking myself as it stopped offering them and I hadn't stocked up!
