Has this happened to anyone else? I put my card into the Magic Points Machine and got really excited because there were offers I had never had before. However, when I printed them off, they carried some other users name. I asked an assistant, who looked blank and called another over, then a third appeared. One took my card (and crumpled up the vouchers) and hustled me over to another machine and fed my card in...back to my usual boring offers of sanitary towels and shampoo, which I haven't needed since my chemotherapy brought on the menopause and made my hair fall out. She said you get offers based on the products you buy! I left w/o the lovely coupons, while the other two assistants wrestled with the machine, muttering that technology wasn't going to get the better of them. Entertaining.

did have a laugh though,asked brother if he had seen a ac machine,
his reply was what do you want a air conditioning machine for :rotfl: :rotfl:

Can anyone explain how the pigsy (is that the name?) points work?

And for me too the ACM has been giving me rubbish offers for weeks... :-(

This happened to me!!!
I used my card and DHs and when I was checking through for dates (a while later) I noticed they had three different names on them-still used them!!!!!:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I've had these on 3 seperate days, printed them out each time, but yes they are only valid on that day.
Got Clinique things with points today and forgot to use voucher, phoned customer services and nice man said he'd put the 350 points back on my card - said he was pleased to talk to someone who wasn't asking about Protect/Perfect.:rotfl: :rotfl:
