I know the recorded message says Boots opticians but it really is Customer care....., the whole point of dialling the 0115 or 0800 numbers is so that you can save money rather than having to dial the more expensive 0870 or 0845 numbers. The best number to call is 0800 9150004 / 0115 9181201 but the 0115 9182000 number is ok too:D

You will find difficult to get one... there are none around. However if you find one there is no problem.
