you deserve more than some treats the way they treated you. I cant believe they're not appologising for it. You do right writing to them.

dont worry ztopgirl, if you ever need backup or cheerleaders for that matter you can count on us! If you dont get a reply we can all try emailing customer services and bombarding them with the same email until they sort this out for you. stoooopid boots X

maybe give it a shot when u have alot of shopping and chat to the SA like she is your long lost relative then she might just put all the vouchers you want through!! (thats if you dont scare her!)

I got a voucher in my mailing today for half price boots straighten so I could maybe use that with the £5 off! will give it a go sat! Don't want to use the stuff though, i bought some last year but was too scared to use it! My hairs only wavy anyway, not full blown curls so doubt itd do much for me! but if i can get it for free might make a few quid on ebay!

Cheapest products I could find instore at Liverpool are:

Mediterranean soap - 50p with voucher
Meditteranean lavender handcream - 50p with voucher
Sanctuary spritz - £1.50 with voucher

otherwise plenty of stuff in all the ranges at £4 and over RRP.

The voucher works on gift packs of miniatures - I got £2 off a £6 set of Mediterranean miniatures.
