A lot of the suncreams have been reduced to £6 per item, so it works out cheapest to just buy a single item each time. Yesterday in my local Boots everyone in front of me was using up their vouchers, buying 3 or 4 items each, all in seperate transactions. We all had a giggle over it, including the SA!! 3 days to go before vouchers expire :D

  • Does anyone know what the clinique offers was, I've tried searching this thread but sooooo many posts ( thank you lovely MSE'ers)
Just spotted someone on ebay is selling their 750 points coupon form the parenting club and wondered if this would be good value?

There are currently some half price vitamins on offer. The ones I could see were:

Nourkrin Man (was £49.95 now £24.97)
    Litozin (was £19.99 now £9.99)

These are also on the vitamnins 3 4 2.

Imagine your buying 3 Nourkrin. The till sees 3 products at half price, saving £79.94, but also takes off a full price nourkrin as part of the 3 4 2 offer, saving another £49.95. So 3 packs of Nourkrin cost £24.99!

The same works with the Litozin, 3 packs for £9.98 IIRC. This offer does not work online

Just in case you were wondering, Nourkrin is for people with thining hair and Litozin is for joint care and joint tissue.

btw, before anybody asks, I aren't going bald!

Has this worked for anyone? I tried and it didn't.

    Thanks

If you buy 2 Clinique products in store, you get a free gift. A choice of skincare or make up and can also use the 750 points coupon too:T

If you buy on line....you automatically get the 750 points but no gift

  • Ok, have just been doing my accounts (way, way too many Boots receipts!). Between the 14th March and 24th March I have saved (assuming No7 wraps to be worth £30 as stated on their advertising!) £461.01 on my Boots shopping Yippee!!!!:grinheart Unfortunately I have actually spent a whopping £197.89    Oh God!
(Oh i also increased my points balance by £30.34 as well!)

So having in effect just bought £658.90 worth of shopping from Boots in a ten day period, how come when i tidied up my cupboards (in order to be able to shove it all in) last night i discovered that i actually have NO shampoo!?!:o

I feel a Clinque shampoo online buying session coming on! (no conditioner needed though, i actually have ten bottles of that!)

Has anyone else done a complete tot up of savings v spends yet? as i/m sure some of you more experienced people must have done way way better than me! (just from reading the posts on here I know you have)
:hello:  It's official I'm addicted to Boots - the total on my Advantage Card has gone over £300  :hello:

I did to the person in front of me in the queue yesterday as the SA was amazed as their receipt said something like £124 saving!. They might have fixed it by now. I'm going to my local Boots tomorrow so I'll ask and report back!

Btw i can confirm that the £5 mag voucher works with the Boots Straighten Kit. I dont know who actually uses this...?!! But if you do its a bargain!! They are currently reduced to 9.99 so you can get it for 4.99.

I would not recommend this to people that are trying to get rid of frizz as it does not do this, so no point unnecessarily ruining your hair. It only straightens, so if you have curly hair then might be good for you. Bear in mind, straight is so out and curls/waves are so in!!!!

Might be good for selling on ebay i guess tho!

there was a thread about it here a while ago
I've often thought about it cos my hair is dead curly, but never had the guts, lol

  • I tried it a week or 2 ago before it was reduced and the sa kindly tried to scan them both but it would only accept 1, nevermind might be worth another try now it has been reduced:confused:

If this is on everywhere it may be possible to get it for free by using the £5 voucher from the mag and the £5 voucher from the parenting club.

I know someone asked before but i cant remember reading a reply- has anyone managed to use the £3 sanctuary skincare voucher from the mag off the sachets as it doesn't state that they are excluded?

    xx
