I called CS this morning to query the GiftWithPurchase-I-was-charged-for-but-shouldn't-have the other day and was told they will no longer award points to put things right as from today :eek: . She said to go back to the store where it was purchased and query it there, which is a bit impractical as it is not my local but at least an hour's drive away!

So just a word of warning to carefully check your receipt before leaving the store. Which I did do by the way and even queried it there and then but SA couldn't make head nor tail of receipt and it took me a while to figure it out. But I was definately charged for the GWP, whereas before I have had the wrap free with same purchase :mad: .

sorry, but were you charged for the free 'no7 wrap'??? How did that happen? - how much was it ? - just out of interest.

i had a very unusual conversation with a cs the other day.

i was asking about using vouchers with free gifts and reduced stuff.

she said that you arent allowed to use vouchers on on stuff thats been redused as thats already on offer.

and i wasnt allowed to use any vouchers and get the free bag with the sanctuary

she said that i could use the no7 voucher with the mirror and get a free wrap ( doing both of what she just said i wasnt allowed to do )

i asked her what the diffrance was and she just mumbled something then said bye :rotfl:

Tee hee! That made me chuckle. I like it when there's a clear set of guidelines that companies follow

I'm drinking plenty of cups of tea to keep awake today (loooong day yesterday) and will make a long overdue trip to boots at lunch to try 641 suncare and/or medterranian. plus some chocolate of some sort i've not been bootsing in 4 days!

Does anyone know if there is a new No7 gift starting from tomorrow please?

I have some no7 vouchers burning a hole in my purse... The more of them I use, the more I seem to get. They are multiplying!! I'm tempted to go and splurge on some more suncare whilst it's still on BOGOF or 342... or whatever, and I do LOVE the green wrap....



Just wondering if I should keep a couple of vouchers back, but don't have much time as going on holiday on Saturday, so will effetively be out of the Boots loop for two whole weeks :eek: :eek: and three weekends!

HELP!!!!

I have 6x No7 vouchers to use!!! The only proble is I dont get paid till Friday (the last day to use them) and im working all day :eek: :eek: :eek:

I need to go down town on Thursday, but I dont have very much money (probably about a tenner)

What can I get?????? is the suncare on 341/641/342/bogof?

and is the electricals still reduced, eg massager/pedicure thingy??

I really must try to get on this thread more, I used 5 x No7 vouchers yesterday but don't know if I got good deals. I got

1x Self Tanning starter kit £6 - £5 voucher = £1
3x Lipstick covered make up bag with mini items inside (It was free with purchase last year) £6.50 each - £5 vouchers = £1.50 each
Pencil Sharpener £5.25 - £5 = 25p
