Following on from the other thread I saw this post asking about the MF brush sets... they are not the ones marked at £9.99! Those are in a roll up wrap thing, and are normal price. The MF brushes come in a black box about 17 x 3 x 9cm. In the Kensington branch they're tied with a red ribbon to the manicure sets on a display marked "free with MF spend over £15" but they scan free.

Is the Santuary bag offer still working with all the coupons? I tried in Elgin this morning - bought the exact same items I bought in Aberdeen on Saturday - but today the till would not take any of the coupons. eg £5 from Santuary spa ( got handed these from a girl advertising these products) £3 from magazine £3 from free gift £2 from wrap + a 150 points coupon.

I used both £3 gift and mag, £2 wrap, the 150 points sanctuary, £1 off botanics and 250 botanics points vouchers today in one transaction and all were accepted by the till (6 in total!!) :j .

Bletchley boots (by TKMaxx) has no7 mirrors and facial spas, if anyone in MK is looking cos there are none in the city centre branch!!:D

Just got back from Leytonstone - made a £8.95 purchase, and no voucher! I asked why, and was told "The till didn't beep telling me to give you one!" I bought no7 stuff and some painkillers, any reason why I wasn't allowed one?

Got some firming body creme from £12 to £6, and it wasn't meant to be reduced, :D Not that great a shop though :/

    :/

You should have been given one !I would go back and pick a friendly sa to complain to .
I overheard a gentleman complain about this in a local boots to me , the original sa said the same thing to him when he originally complained on saturday . He then came back with his receipt and clubcard and complained to the cosmetic counter /perfumery sa and she gave him a voucher and told him the other member of staff should not have said that . Once he had left the sa's were talking and I heard one of them say that this particular sa had been doing this a lot as several customers had come back to complain in the week when she wasnt in ? Dunno what is going on there - draw your own conclusions!
