3 Years on DMP - should I have gone down the IVA route??

    I can't understand why you wouldnt have asked him what he's spent all that money on? He seems totally irresponsible.

    Whether you should have done an IVA or not depends on whether you are insolvent. Do your liabilities outstrip your assets? You should have not been frightened of anything though, this is a common theme running through these forums, " I am scared of IVA". Amazingly, all the posters seem to have 1 thing in common.
