help i need advice i bourght a caravan in france from a caravan park and i was unable to pay for it i contacted the park and finance company the caravan park offerd to take it back and pay the finance off now the finance company has now demanded 8000 pounds which is outstanding what can i do as i dont have the money a english dept company has given me 12 days or take me to court

What did it cost in first place and do you have paperwork confirming that by handing the caravan back the debt would be settled.

Could it be that they have ''sold'' the caravan and this£8k is the difference? If so you need legal advice and to try to arrange a payment plan.
