MIKE THE KNIGHT COMPETITION - Competition Terms and Conditions
1. The promoter of this Mike the Knight competition (the "Competition") is HIT Entertainment Limited, 5th Floor, Maple House, 149 Tottenham Court Road, London W1T 7NF, United Kingdom ("HIT").
2. This Competition is open to all UK and Ireland residents including Northern Ireland, excluding employees of the HIT group and their immediate families.
3. All entrants must be 18 years or older.
4. No purchase necessary.
5. To enter the Competition, entrants must submit their entry form, together with their answers to three questions, via the online registration form at www.miketheknight.com/tesco.
6. Competition Dates:
The Competition opens at 12.01am on 28th May 2012 and closes at 11.59pm on 5th August 2012. During this period, there shall be five opportunities to win a prize as follows:
a. Between 12.01am on the 28th May 2012 and 11.59pm on the 10th June 2012.
b. Between 12.01am on the 11th June 2012 and 11.59pm on the 24th June 2012.
c. Between 12.01am on the 25th June 2012 and 11.59pm on the 8th July 2012.
d. Between 12.01am on the 9th July 2012 and 11.59pm on the 22nd July 2012.
e. Between 12.01am on the 23rd July 2012 and 11.59pm on the 5th August 2012
(each of the above shall be known individually as a "Stage")
Entries received after 11.59pm on 5th August 2012 will not be considered.
7. Winners of the Competition will be notified by either email or phone advising they have won within 14 days of the closing date of each Stage of the Competition.
8. Winner's details may be forwarded on to third parties for prize fulfilment purposes only and winners may be contacted directly by the third party to organise shipment/delivery of prize.
9. You may enter this Competition only once.
10. HIT does not accept responsibility for lost, damaged or illegal entries or entries from non-UK residents. An entry will be void if it is deemed damaged, illegible or incomplete.
11. The HIT prize committee will pick the winner at random from entries that have all three correct answers.
12. There will be five (5) major prize winners and fifty (50) runner-up prizes. One major prize and 10 runner-up prizes shall be won in each Stage of the Competition. The prizes consist of one of the following:
I. Major Prize Winners
Each Major Prize Winner shall receive a Mike the Knight Treasure Chest consisting of:
1 x Deluxe Glendragon Playset
1 x Sparkie Action Figure
1 x Squirt Action Figure
1 x Evie Action Figure
1 x Quintain
1 x Helmet and Sword
1 x Mike Plush
1 x 'Meet Mike the Knight' Book
1 x Mike the Knight 'Knight in Training' DVD
1 x Pyjama Set (sizes will vary)
1 x T-shirt (sizes will vary)
II. Runner Up Prizes
Each runner-up shall receive one of the following:
Mike Action Figures
Meet Mike the Knight Books
Mike the Knight 'Knight in Training' DVD
13. Prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. HIT reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value.
14. The entrant agrees that HIT can use their name and likeness for promotional purposes.
15. All entries are property of HIT and will not be acknowledged.
16. Entrants agree that if they win, HIT will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their abbreviated name and county address for the purposes of announcing the winner of this competition and they may be required to participate in post-event publicity.
17. Any questions concerning the competition may be directed to Customer Services at the following e-mail address: [EMAIL="consumer@hitentertainment.com"]consumer@hitentertainment.com[/EMAIL].
18. HIT shall not be liable for loss or damage which the winners may suffer in respect of the prize but liability is not excluded for death or personal injury caused by HIT's negligence.
19. It is agreed by each participant that by entering this competition, HIT may use all information given on this application for general reference, inclusion in corporate brochures, in-house news communications, company web sites and for legal compliance purposes without requirement to give any additional notice, seek any consent or make any payment of any nature.
20. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and if there are any disputes the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
21. Please retain a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.
22. All entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The submission of an entry form to HIT constitutes acceptance by each entrant of these rules.

I got an error message too but when I refreshed the page (took me to Mike the Knight page) then navigated back to the comp and entered it went through fine.

This worked for me - go to the home page, into the Mike the Knight at Tesco banner - then enter the comp through there, it doesn't seem to like the link for some reason.

Didn’t work that way. My browser just wasn’t able to go back.

That way it works. When you click on the banner, the link is different from the one in the first msg. For me it’s: origin.miketheknight.com/uk/tesco/competition/index.asp (it wouldn’t surprise me if it is somehow randomly generated).
So, if it doesn’t work when you use the link I posted, try to go through the banner.
