Hi, just wondering if anybody can advise me please.
I'm aware my sister has recently been taking out quick cash loans from various companies, which she denies however we have correspondence as proof. Done a bit of research and understand a guarantor is required, does anyone know what is needed for someone to become a guarantor, is a signature or something required or purely details of the chosen person? The reason I wish to know is for peace of mind really, if it is a friend which I'm quite sure it is or could she be forging details of false guarantors? I'm curious as to whether she could be dragging our parents into this mess with her.
Any help would be much appreciated!

She wont be dragging her parents into the loan.
They will either have agreed to it, or a fraud has taken place and your sister could be in serious trouble with the plod!!
Either way it doesnt sound good. I would try and have a serious chat with her to try and get the truth so you can either help her, or know what she has done.0 -
