I can't see any proper rules but with their facebook comps where I found this you have to collect so I am guessing this could be the same. You have to click to accept the rules but there are a few at the top that don't say much and nothing else

hi thanks for posting, for info, my mam won a designer bag with them this year and though the terms stated collection (we didnt realise collection only until it had been won as the terms werent anywhere to be found), they posted it to her for free x
