There is a growing problem with an underclass in this country - I bet without them there would be no deficit - I know there problems at the tip of the ladder with society but this underclass is a big drain - I am of the belief that most of them can't be changed or helped - I saw one near job centre and he was swaggering around shouting "who init"

Blame people like Hamish.
Why would anyone want to improve themselves, if by doing so, they are disadvantaged.0 -
I'd like to see lifestyle schools set up to catch them from an early age - teach them how to speak, wash, look after themselves, how to love, treat people, cook etc0

Until we have a dictator take over the country, nothing will change. Unfortunately, in a world of rights, they have the right to be 4rsewipes of the highest order, slouching around, cussing and not giving a cr4p who they annoy or upset. They also have the right, if caught doing bad things, to a lawyer (paid for by us) and a nice comfy prison cell along with educational opportunities, games, telly and (for some) trips out. All while being fed and not having any responsibilities.
They get a better life inside than old people in care who fought in wars so that they can doss about and cause mayhem.0 -

There have always been a !!!!less section of society. Sure, it may grow or shrink, but it existed.
Unfortunately, some people in finance spotted an opportunity to 'liberate' these people with the magical world of credit - never shy of spotting an opportunity.
Let's not pretend that some entrepreneurial types, like those behind payday loan companies, see these people as sources of great profit.
Is it any different to the drug pusher / druggy relationship? 2 to tango and all that.0 -
they should simply be harvested for body parts. lots of good decent people waiting for donors. why wait?0
