Hi
I have just started a DMP with CCCS who have been great. One of my creditors is first direct who have accepted the repayment proposal but want a credit agreement signed from me. CCCS have advised me not to sign as they have already agreed the repayment soI havent, anone else had the same issue with first direct? Just wondered what they will do next? Had another letter from them saying if I dont sign they will take further action.
Many Thanks

From personal experience of working for them in the past they can be quite aggressive chasing down debt are they aware that the CCCS have advised you not to sign0

Hi
Thanks for your reply. They are aware now but i havent heard anything back since they asked me to sign the agreement. CCCS have said they will pass the debt on but this will be better as in their experience the interest will stop and they have a good relationship with all of fd's collectors. Fd have accepted the amount and i have made the first payment.0
