any help and advice harsh or not is welcomed and yes apple im lucky that a family member(who im sure will be far harsher lol) has stepped in to help us out and make sure we get back within our overdraft limit, and some extra to keep us going till we get money next.

Unfortunately,some of our customers over the years have been prosecuted and had to pay large fines in court as well as getting a criminal record as it is a criminal offense to pay for our loan service by debit/credit card,then claim to your card issuing bank that you"do not recognise the the transaction" or it was "fraud" etc.We will absolutely not tolerate this and will report you to the police,card issuing company and also begin court proceedings against you as it is unacceptable.Your computers IP address has also been logged as evidence.We will also blacklist you to every finance company and unfortunately you will be unable to gain any form of finance in the future.We apologise for the harsh warning.

Quick update...still no refund..as expected,waited the 14 days that they said was the time it takes to issue a refund.
Yesterday they emailed me saying they will chase it up

fee back into your bank account by now, a can only stress how sorry i am you
