lloyds tsb incorrect data on credit file

Hi

I have recently ordered my credit files to find that lloyds tsb have reported an account that wasn't on there before. It is listed as being opened in August 2010. This is incorrect. I am not sure of the exact date I opened it but it was around 2001 and I was declared bankrupt in April 2008 and included in my bankruptcy. I haven't ordered my discharge certificate yet and I haven't got the original letter stating that I was given early discharge in Dec 2008. Can I still contact them including my bankruptcy order? Can anyone give any advice on what I need to say?
