    If you're a student, might you have some free overdraft facilities available to you that you haven't yet explored? Do you have a student account with Natwest now? (I'm assuming you might since you say that you don't pay them anything for your overdraft?) You could ask them about increasing your student overdraft - normally they will allow you to increase your overdraft for each year of your course, but you have to ask them. Of course, they only offer these overdrafts based on your overall credit rating, so you should ask soon before you have any defaults. If Natwest says no, and if you don't already have a student account with Natwest, you might find that another high street bank might be willing to let you open a student account with them and give you a small interest-free overdraft. If you could pay off your payday loans using that, then it might give you some breathing space, and you can then pay off the overdraft slowly over the next few months without paying huge amounts of interest.

    I'm sorry your husband isn't being more supportive! But you can definitely do this on your own, don't panic!
