Has anyone had any luck claiming ppi back from the company Next?
I've tried only to be told they are not regulated by F O S so even tho they admit i've been paying ppi to them for the last 15 years i can't claim it back!!!!!!

That is correct. It is pre-regulation (by the FSA, not FOS) and that means they can prevent you from using the FOS and if they reject your complaint that is effectively end of the road. You could use the courts but seeing as the PPI issue is an FSA thing and not a legal thing, the courts have been largely finding for the firm as no laws were broken.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
