Plumbing costs for new bathroom?

Considering putting in a new bathroom. Already have a tiler in the family so that's covered but really need an idea of how much a plumber would be. Sink to be moved approximately 2 feet from current position.
Did ask in a bathroom showroom but they only gave me an average cost to do the whole thing, ie buying the suite, fittings etc and labour.
Will not be able to access the site for a few days over the bank holiday but, in the words of Arnie, I'll be back (on Tuesday)!
Thanks in advance for any advice.:)

I am doing similar works but I am not sure how good an answer you can get with the info you gave. So you say the sink has to be moved but how does this impact the waste? Is the waste in a stud section so can it be easily moved or will there need to be a new hole made through the wall to the outside? What about other things... bath/shower/toilet... are they all going to be standard and will anything need relocated?
I had a few guides from plumbers for a bathroom which basically needed the whole suite gutted out and replaced with similar and it was something like £400 (no including the suite itself, of course). As you start adding features or moving things about, the price rises notably because your simple just quickly becomes less so.Always overestimating...0 -
The sink is moving approx 2 feet along the same wall which is stud so shouldn't be too difficult (says me with no concept of how difficult plumbing is!).
I'm also putting in a larger radiator but again this is only about six inches longer and on the same wall so only 1 of the pipes to the radiator has to be moved.
Everything else is in the same position so no impact on pipes or waste.
If I go for the £400 you suggest and add on another £100 hopefully that should cover it.
Thanks for your input.0 -
Ask how long it will take then divide the quote by the hours..minimal materials as you are providing them.Dave0

Thanks Dave.
Hopefully it won't take too long to do since it is almost all going back in the same place.0 -
Got a price for puyying in a wash hand basin, shower tray toilet and rad, two weeks ago from two plumbers.
£180 and £200, but that was me taking it out, all that was required was reinstallation.
Ended up doing it myself for zilch, well couple of parts totalling £29.0 -
So say £200 for putting it in, and say another £300 for taking out and the pipework to move the sink and that should hopefully cover it.
Thanks to everyone who replied, will budget the £500 and keep fingers crossed!0
