I follow flyingpig58's wonderful blog and have today seen her devastating news that Andy "The Duke" has passed away. I'm sure you'll all join me in thinking of her.

    The other thing that Helen said when she made the annoucement was

    'just embrace this and every day because you just don't know what might be coming to bite you on the bum'
