I want to take on Hotpoint!

Options
1st off...years ago, I heard Martin on the radio talking very eloquently about how big business has screwed us over for years and now it's time to screw them back...from memory, that's verbatim! I had always felt like that...he gave me the tools to do it in a completely appropriate way (and that was by being informed rather than being simply angry)...i have upset a fair few companies because they relyed upon me being ignorent...and won every time!

2nd off...if somebody was going to be rewarded for a lifetime of championing us...i'll take Martin over everyone else...

The point is...Hotpoint has ripped me off by selling me a knowingly defective machine...cost me £400 for the machine...they knew it had a critical fault...didn't contact me...ended up costing me a further £250 plus with lost food and lost time...

Anybody have ideas on how I can embark on the journey of recovering my costs from these people?
