Putting mortgage in single name only.

Hello.
My wife and I hold a joint mortgage with nationwide - she is 60 and I am 52.
We wish to put the mortgage in her name solely, so that when she is 65, she can opt for a "home reversion" as we have no dependants or family to squabble over our estate.
Would this be a straightforward undertaking?
Thankyou in advance.

I would be very careful in doing this, although I will admit I don't know much about home reversion but I'm guessing it is a form of equity release.
Have you thought about what would happen if your wife was to die before you - where would you live?2014 Target;
