In January I came to an arrangement with MBNA to pay interest only as I was struggling to make repayments they havled my repayments to just £85 a month. I have not missed payment. Today I recieve a phone call from customers services department informing me that I am behind with payments and there is sixty pound outstanding since Janaury as the paperwork wasnt processed in time. I dont have the money and struggle to make payments as it is. Am i in the wrong and is there anythng I can do about it.

I wouldn't have thought so. 'Processing issue' makes it sound like an internal problem. What reasons have they given for the hold up in processing?DEBT FREE AND PROUD
