Mortgage & New loan

Hi, sorry back again.
So the Good news is, I took Dave Ham's advice (thanks Dave) and went to L&C who sorted me a mortgage in less than 24 hours (yayyyy), higher rate than I wanted to pay but you can't have it all.
So its been approved in principle (its been through all the credit checks apparantly) and the bank now just checking all our paperwork is correct. L&C have said they have done with the credit checking now.
Last week when I was on to my bank to sort something out they said that I was eligible for a consolidating loan for my CC's. So I said yes I'd be interested but wait till the mortgage has gone through.
My question to you mortgage experts out there is, should I wait until I have the monies for the mortgage (so they don't think I'm trying to get more monies on top of mortgage) or would it be safe to do it now and hope they don't look at my credit file again?
Thanks once again

Errrr - why not ask your mortgage broker (who earning their crust from arranging the mortgage and giving you advice).
My opinion - don't change anything until after you completeHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
Speak to L&C. They seem to be the chosen route for the sites new owners0
