received mine today .royal mail tracked delivery... so they are going thru the orders..probably been overwhelmed by MSers;)..they look great but as they are flipflops I will have to wait for the rain to stop..if ever!!!A friend is a present which you give yourself (R.Stevenson)

Has anyone needed to return their Rocketdogs? I bought a pair of boots but they are way to small.
It says you can return them using their Collect option, however, I've sent them an email asking for a Royal Mail returns slip & haven't had a reply yet.0 -
I placed to orders with Rocket Dog on 2nd and 4th June - Still waiting!
I sent them 2 emails a few days ago and had 2 replies each one apologising and saying they will be sent that day. It's still showing as 'received' on my account and I've not had any 'dispatched' emails like they said I would. Pretty frustrating!If life gives you lemons, make lemonade.;)0 -

I placed two orders on the 3rd of June and even today my order status was 'received'. They hadn't responded to my email querying my order status either. However, I rang them today and they said they had been sent yesterday...0
