No free delivery but thanks for the extra code CazzaP! It seems to apply to anything even loosely related to football (water bottles included!).
Nearly gave up, lost the whole basket 3 times, had to create a new account, then had to remove all out of stock stuff and start again, spilt my tea down my top(!), but got there in the end ;)

Website seems to be down for me now...
  • Thanks everyone - I went ahead and placed my order without the free delivery code ... PITY it stopped working a couple of days ago!

Thanks for the info as I was baffled thinking maybe I had done something wrong but did pretty much try everything

Well THEY missed out because I actually REMOVED about 4 quids worth of stuff from my basket to keep within my budget whereas I would have ordered more stuff IF they had kept the code working for the sale

LOL re; tea spilt on top!!! :rotfl:

I didn't spill mine but it ended up going cold as usual ;);)

    Email as sent earlier today:

I recieved my order this morning. The person who packed it had kindly screwed each item of clothing up before stuffing the clothing into the exterior bag - each and every item is creased beyond belief. Fortunately these items are for use by my family as they are not in a suitable condition to be given as gifts.

The infant England kit has a large (2 Inches long) tear in the front of the top and the fabric is shredded, and the Mario T shirt has a large dirty mark on the front.

I would like to return these two items for a refund, but as Sports Direct are at fault here I would like confirmation that my return postage cost will be refunded.

Incidentally my last order contained an Umbro T shirt that was covered in filthy marks on the front. I had put this down to a one-off incident, but I think given that this order contains dirty and also torn items it's time to stop shopping at Sports Direct.

I am aware that Sports Direct have a poor reputation for customer service, so I don't expect any explanation or apology for the state of the goods, but do expect confirmation that the return postage for the faulty goods will be refunded.

I think that sums it all up..............!

Spent just over £75 (after the 10% was knocked off) so got free delivery too - and LOADS of clothes, I just hope they all arrive. My son has developed an obsession with Thomas the Tank Engine and they had loads of Thomas clothes/shoes/accessories in the sale so really pleased with that :) Thanks OP!
