Hi all can anyone help I'm with a debt company called one debt solution for just under a year I pay £50 a month for debts of £5,500 but I only hear from them to collect my payments every-time I ask they are waiting for two of my creditors to get back to them and two they are paying back but I've had no conformation of this what can I do I think I made a big boo boo.

Ditch them and go with CCCS/Payplan

Rather than a 110-month debt management plan you might be suited to a Debt Relief Order0 -
Yep, you definitely shouldn't be paying someone to help with your debts.
CCCS or Payplan will do everything your current company do for free. Imagine that fee could go towards getting you debt free sooner.0 -
fat belly i would also like to thank you for that link to cccs, as i had been reading people who went with the wrong ones, though i have already signed up to them with help from others on here on my other thread but yet to pay them untill next week due to me waiting on new account froma new bank. thats great advice0

CCCS are fantastic - they were happy to check over my self managed DMP
