Poor credit score and application

Hi, I've got an offer on a place and will contact my broker tomorrow to get things moving. I have a few credit cards with debt paid off and all but one have been cancelled. I have never had a late payment. However my credit score on experien is 935 and my credit score on equifax is 217! Apparently because I've only been on the electoral roll at my current address a few months and that not all my cards have been paid off and addressed updated( which they have but not showing on credit scores)
I am wondering will the lender look into my details and see I actually am a good prospect or just turn their nose at the score
( I am a ftb with an offer £175k with a gifted deposit of £50k ) earning 36k a year. Thanks!

Lenders register their data with different agencies (and not with all either). So there will be variations.0

Go with Nationwide. I have just had a mortgage application accepted with them Yesterday and I was in a similar boat to you. They only use Experian on their credit reference.
Also send an online message to Equifax and get the electoral register rectified. They will ammend it immediately.
I would go see Nationwide. They were fabulous with us and they only use Experian.0
