How can I find out which bank repossessed a property?

What the title says & I hope this is the right place for it, I don't want to buy the property, I want to know so that I can get in touch with them and find out how quickly they're going to deal with the situation.

The property next door but one to us has only been empty a week and already we've got issues with kids using the garden as their personal play area, and apparently someone's already tried to break in because the former owner left it comparatively insecure after smashing the glass in the back door to get in. Not that I blame them for leaving it that way but I want to stop the hassle before it even starts. IMHO the impact repossession can have on neighbouring properties is just one reason why the banks should be looking to keep people a property rather than turf them out.
