I had delayed PND at a year plus a mild dose when my son was 3 months.
You have been through a huge upheaval and it is taken it's toll.

hey abbecer dont worry about having to go back on them I had mine doubled at one point as I went down a bit but was worth it. Lucky me the weight fell of me when I was on ads so plus side to everything.
