hi everyone, today i sent letter from cccs to qquid and another company telling them that all will be now through them.. i opened a standard co op account and will get the account number on wednesday. so i can move wages, child benifit etc to that and any d/d . i have just not been answering telephone as im sure they will get letter soon enough, only thing is capital one has blocked my online service so i will have to ring them as i need the account number. im glad i am sorting things with all you nice peoples help.
i just hope the pay day people dont try to take the money before i have had a chance to change over accounts though i sent the letter that cccs sent me to request them not to take money and gave bank a copy of it also, so fingers crossed ( im sorry i have forgot the name of the form i sent them ive had so many over past two days)

isnt the account number your card number? used to be anyway

Change your numbers - both my home and mobile did it for free - stress went away so fast then x

Lucy well done you've come a long way already.

If they keep harassing you can ask to have your number removed from the system if it causing undue stress

Thanks for the update Lucy. Listen go to the account you currently use and lift all the money out just in case they try and lift it. Then when you get the account number for the Co-op account you can put your money in there.

Well done for coming so far in such a short time - you are doing fantastically well :T
