Career Development Loan

Hi,

I am sure you have seen this question before but no one seems to have been in the same situation as me...
I am returning to university in September for MSc...
I have £4000 saved to cover either fees/rent but need about the same to cover the rest.
I have a loan I am paying back at the minute which I got without any problems and I have just one payment left on a different loan which will hopefully have bumped my credit rating up a tad. I have 1 default on my credit file and it is for £70 and satisfied and ends in feb13. Does anyone think I will be turned down for a Career Development Loan?
