Habitat 25% off today - is it a code?

Hi folks,

I've seen on the weekly email that there's a 25% off deal at Habitat today, but the message in the email didn't make it clear whether you needed a voucher or a code, or whether Habitat would offer the discount automatically.

There's nothing on their website, and the various codes I can find online (e.g. EMJUB, VCUKJUB, AFFJUB) don't seem to work.

Please can someone explain what the terms of this deal are and how I can get it? Or is it a false alarm?
