From reading above the only way to get the arrears wiped then is for the PWC to send a letter in writing to say she doesnt want the arrears so the case can be fully closed?
Nope - if the PWC says she doesn't want the arrears then legally all the CSA can do is suspend them for now - the PWC would have to say that she has already received that money directly for the CSA to be able to wipe it from the system.0
