What is the easiest way to do this?
I have no problems with my accounts that I know of, everything has bwen paid on time (phone bill, insurances etc) however I have had no debt and am concerned how this will effect my mortgage application?
I have a credit card, should I use it and pay it off in full?

That doesn't really make a difference. One of the most important things is being on the electoral register.
