    I had the same problem using Internet Explorer but it worked fine using Firefox instead. Suggest you try that.

    Thanks, I tried again using Chrome, and it worked, although the coupon printer wouldn't install on my netbook. They are posting it to me! :j

    Try pressing down ctrl whenever you click a button. IF normally something is blocked, this gives permission to open a new window, etc


    The app itself fails for me as it cannot create a new folder, how hard can it be just to print a picture
