Thanks, I tried again using Chrome, and it worked, although the coupon printer wouldn't install on my netbook. They are posting it to me! :jNew forum. New sig. Yes I still need to lose 2 stone!

Try pressing down ctrl whenever you click a button. IF normally something is blocked, this gives permission to open a new window, etc
The app itself fails for me as it cannot create a new folder, how hard can it be just to print a picture0
