Not entirely sure of the way to calculate this, can anyone help?? My hourly rate of £10.46 has been the same since 2008. 2012/2013 brings the 4th year with no increase of any sort, so with inflation etc what would this be worth now in comparison? Thanks for any help!!

Haha, everyone at my work keeps going on about 'cost of living' increases and seem to have forgotten that the country has recently plummeted into a disaster.
They seem to go quiet when people asked if they'd considered cost of living decreases...0
