Hi,
Just wanted a bit of advice, ongoing situation over debts etc....i have just subscribed to credit expert to see how bad my credit file is.
There is an unrecorded enquiry on the 18th May by Lowell Portfolio, i haven't applied for any credit/finance etc recently, then i found out they were a debt collection company.
How can they check my credit file without my permission, or am i being naive here can debt collection companies do this?
As far as i am aware i don't owe anyone else, i already have agreements with any debts that i got behind with, everything else is up to date.
Any advice please or do i just not give it any more thought?
