Hello

Last Dec HSBC settled my PPI claim, and paid me the settlement figure (£700) twice. I didnt realise at the time (I had a few all come through at once) and Ive had a letter with a court summons from DG Solicitors.

I fully intend to repay the money, but when I called today to offer a repayment amount I was told theyd need my incomings and outgoings and were quite rude to me.

Does anyone know if there is a standard template that I can complete to show my incomings and outgoings and what is acceptable to class as living expenses for a month? I dont have a great deal left over after my bills anyway, so im reluctant to offer to pay more than would be considered acceptable, especially after todays fiasco!

Thanks for your help in advance

Amy
