There is a picture of herbal esssences shampoo and condition with "free haircut" on and the advertisement reads:

and it wasnt free when i had it last time the man tried to sell me mountains of hair products in salon and i got off lightly with £18 spend on shampoo and conditioner:eek: :eek: :eek: :eek:
hubby went mad:D :eek: and marched back to salon to get money back!!!!!said i was well ripped off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:rolleyes: anyway i'll never ever go for a free herbal essence haircut as long as i live!:eek: unless its at toni and guy or saks of course!!!:cool:

I think I had to send off the receipt last time.
It could have changed but from memory typing in the code gets you to a form that needs to have the receipt attached.

Still very good value though. I got a £25 cut & blow dry and found a decent hairdressers.

Are these salons the same as 'The Hair Group' as i've had 2 free haircuts with them before, and you're only supposed to have 1 free haircut in any 12 months with them...?

No I don't think it is.
I had much better service on the booking side with this one.
