Interest free mortgage

Hi,
I was talking to a friend the other day and he said that he knows someone that paid his mortgage off using several credit cards. He took advantage of the various interest free deals, so is paying his house off interest free. Is that possible?
I suppose the only pain is that he has to start new accounts every 6 months, once the interest free period has added.

Yes, it is possible, however it takes some discipline to pay off all the minimum payments on time.
You need a reasonable credit rating and a flexible mortgage plus some discipline.
I've heard of people with up to £80K.0 -
i just had a quick look at some credit cards with 0% interest for the first 6 months and it looks like the normal credit limit is £25,000, with my current mortgage i would need about 4 cards, so it could be possible.Save, spend, save, spend, save, spend, spend spend!!!0

Not so simple, they lend based on you salary/income may get up to between them 100% of, Ok if yours is £100k0
